Why a Yoga Party?

A yoga and pilates party offers a refreshing and unique alternative to traditional celebrations. Let me tailor a yoga party for your event with your guests and theme in mind. Try something healthy to calm the mind,soothe the spirit and awaken the body.  Hosting
a yoga party at your next event is something your family, friends and co-workers will not forget!  Have “a complete yoga/pilates studio brought to you for any special occasion.”

Who Can Participate?

Parties are suitable for all physical levels, abilities,and ages. All you need to do is dress in comfortable clothing and leave your stress at the door.  A party space can be provided for you depending on your group size, space availability and and preference. (call for details)  Parties can also be held in a space provided by you or in the comfort of your own home.

What is Included?

Your instructor will provide a comfortable atmosphere, complete with relaxing music, lighting, mats, and all the yoga necessities.  Bottled water and towels are always included.  Healthy snacks and tea are optional.  Fun door prizes are also included in your celebration.  Parties last approximately two hours.

Pricing

The basic cost of a two hour party of 10 people is $200. Final pricing is based on time, number of attendees and location. 

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and time. Discounts are given to non-profit organizations. Contact me for travel options.

Locations

You can host a party in the comfort of your own home or a space you provide.  Contact me for travel options!

I also have  access to a wide variety of locations, from local spas, dance studios, and resorts that would be perfect your event.
